I booked JSAtour for 23rd July and sent you my credit card details but the money hasn't been charged on the card. One of your staff old me that it was because the tour must be confirmed. I really want to go on this tour so if you have problems just tell me and I'll book with another agent.
If the reservation is ok and the tour is confirmed instead, please let me know as soon as possible

We sincerely apologize for inconvenience.
You have submitted your payment information successfully.
To put in your payment information does not lead real confirmation.
We are going to send you a final confirmation mail with your payment made in your office when we received a confirmation from JSA itself.
It means that we have not received the final confirmation from JSA for your tour schedule.
We will send you a notice mail in case there is any change on your tour status.
If it has been cancelled or the time has been adjusted, we will inform you with a notice mail.

If we receive the final confirmation very late, it could contact to you one day before or two days before your tour date.
You need to wait for our contact.
