We booked a tour for 24 Oct 2019 which was cancelled and we requested a refund. We have still not received the money back to our account and no reply to our email. Please could you look into this. Reservation A0013090

So we contacted with credit card company directly and found out there happened to be omission on the date.

We required to bring forward the priority of your reservation and got confirmed.

It takes about 10days since today.
