Hi I have still not received the money and it has been over 14 days. I tried contacting you via mail but I didn't get any answer so I decided to write here again! Has the money been transfered yet? Do you need additional information for it to work?

Hi We visited your tours on the 17th of September and when we got to your office we were told that the full tour which we had booked was cancelled. Instead we were offered to follow the half day tour instead. She told us that we should pay the half day tour (which we did) and then our full day tour-booking would be returned to my bank account. Now it's been over a month and I have not receieved the money back from you - KRW 193,200 to be exact. Is it coming or has something gone wrong?
