Hi I booked a tour under A0012946 for the 29th October but it got cancelled. I am still waiting for my refund and it been more than a month nearly coming up to 2 months.
You keep telling me to wait but I don’t know how long I need to wait anymore
Please investigate why I have yet to be refunded

First of all, I am really sorry about this happened.
I check with the credit card company today again and they said your refund finished completely on 29th OCT.
So could you please check your account one more time around to the date 29th OCT?
