Dear.
I am sorry that we couldn't make the tour due to the African Swine Flu.
I checked your refund case and it is canceled by 17th of DEC because your reservation schedule was on that day.
And sometimes overseas transaction takes so long especially cancellation(it is up to the credit card company).
I think the timing is almost made up but I will make sure with the credit card company one more time.
I am so sorry for the delay but I am sure it will go to you soon.
