I am planning a trip with my family (4 people total) in March but we want to know how likely it will be that the JSA and DMZ will be open in March since there’s currently the Chinese Coronavirus and African Swineflu? I am afraid to book and pay and lose my money since I have read that a lot of people have not gotten their refunds back!

Good Morning.
I understand your thinking because of some of our customer's complaints about the refund.
Actually, when the tour cancellation is released we are doing refund processing right away.
However, sometimes it could take more days than a normal case since an oversea transaction.
We’ve run this company for more than 10 years for the DMZ tour. I promise that there won’t be anything unsavory.
So please don't worry about the refund.
Also, we have very qualified alternative tours so you don't have to be disappointed even JSA/DMZ tour cancellation.
