Hello

I have yet to receive my refund for the JSA DMZ cancelled tour that was suppose to be on 13 December 2019. Can someone inform me why?

First, I am so sorry for taking so long about the refund.

I thought maybe there was something wrong with that so I called the credit card company immediately.

But they said there was no problem with the refund and it is already processed correctly.

The only reason why you couldn't get to your account yet because it is overseas processing and sometimes it takes so long.

They said because the season was the end of the year and it is finally confirmed by Korean credit card company 15th of JAN.

And the refund will be reached to your card bender beginning of FEB they said.

Even we submit a refund to the credit card company very on time on the 10th of DEC we couldn't expect that it taking so long like this.

We had many cases and mostly the processing of the refund finishes not so long like this but your case please understand about the season.

I think it is almost going back to you so could you please let us know when you get the refund on your account?
