Hi, I understand that from the cancellation and refund policy of JSA tour, no partial refund or full refund will be given if the JSA part is cancelled due to unexpected condition of Panmunjom. This policy appears a little ambiguous to me.

While I realise that this will very likely be the case (of no refund) if the tour was cancelled on the day itself, ie. turned away by the soldiers as we were approaching JSA due to unforeseen circumstances (without prior notice of the opening of JSA), how about cancellation a few days/ weeks in advance (if the company was being informed well in advance of scheduled events in JSA on a specific date/for a period of time)? In that case, do we get full refund, or partial refund for the JSA part and continue the DMZ part of the tour?

I hope I have made my question clear and hope I will get some clarifications on this. Thanks.

If the tour cancel by unforeseen circumstances (like military operation) , you will get a full refund.

And we wll inform you before start a tour by Email.

After the JSA tour cancel, it depend on your choice to join DMZ half tour.
